Order processing and fulfilment

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will refund any amounts paid for the cancelled goods; allow up to 7 business days for refund processing.
Shipping, delivery and responsibilities

Large items that require freight or truck delivery may involve additional handling and appointment scheduling. The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address; additional charges may apply for address changes after dispatch.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days for items returned in new, unused, and unassembled condition in their original packaging. Refunds are issued for the purchase price and applicable sales tax only; original shipping fees are non‑refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please include your order number on the return shipment and allow up to 7 business days for us to process the refund after the return arrives.
