Order processing and shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, delivery within Canada normally takes between 3 and 7 business days depending on the shipping option selected at checkout and the delivery address. If you require special delivery arrangements for large items, contact us before placing the order so we can advise on timing and handling.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
We accept returns of new, unused, unassembled items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds cover the purchase price and any applicable sales tax; shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are not refundable. Allow up to 7 business days for refund processing after we receive and inspect the return.

For safety‑critical items like trampolines and large climbers, follow the manufacturer instructions and local regulations for installation and use.
