Return window and condition
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be new, unassembled, unused and returned in their original packaging. If the returned item is a gift purchased for December celebrations, you may return it no later than January 31st following the purchase year.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s) and any applicable sales tax to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are not refundable. Original shipping fees and return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not operate an exchange program. If you need a replacement for a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
